Laidlaw – Public Health – Aims and Initiatives

For this project, there are 3 key initiatives that you will be assisting to facilitate; working alongside Diabetes Fiji in an NCD screening and awareness program in a country with the highest rates of deaths due to NCDs in the world, participating in workshops delivered in a rural youth Mental Health advocacy program delivered by Youth Champs for Mental Health and taking on The Culture Course, a cultural immersion initiative under the Ministry of iTaukei Affairs.
